Monday, March 25, 2019 is the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary (with a Commemoration of the Monday of the Third Week in Lent). We will have a traditional Latin sung Mass here at Saint Mary's at 7:30 p.m., with Gregorian chant and sacred polyphony sung by our men's schola and quartet. The image of the Annunciation (the first Joyful Mystery of the Rosary) is the first of our paintings in the sanctuary. Please invite your friends and family to Mass on this important day at Saint Mary Mother of God parish.

On March 23, DC-based early music ensemble Chanrty will perform Motets from Handl's great Opus Musicum at Saint Mary's. The concert begins at 8:00 pm and ends at 9:30 pm. The 374 motets in Handl's great Opus Musicum provide music for the entire liturgical year.
